Yes! There are many displays and hands-on activities that help children understand High Plains life.

Yes, our front and back entrances have handicapped parking and automatic doors leading inside. The main front entrance has ramp and an elevator is located inside for those with mobility challenges.

Although you can get through in an hour, to really experience everything the museum has to offer, two hours is recommended. Spend the whole day if you like!
